I started Clinical Management Solutions in 1998. For over the past two decades I have found my niche in the medical field and have experienced great success in all of my endeavors.

I am familiar with all aspects of the business office and the most sensitive needs of a medical practice. I have experience in the medical field to include managed care contracting, accounts receivables, claims resolutions, reviews, appeals, ICD-9 & CPT coding, Medicare, Medicaid, Palmetto GBA, HMO/PPO rules and regulations. I am an expert trainer and accounts receivable auditor. I became a certified professional coder in 2001.

I have been married for over 30 years and have a fantastic daughter.

I started with Clinical Management Solutions in 1998. I have worked in medical billing; from claims resolutions and collections to insurance negotiation and contracting.

I recognize the challenges this industry represents and I am always up to date to all new rules and regulations. I enjoy my job and feel blessed to be able to work in a field that I love.

In 2011, my husband and I celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary and we have three wonderful sons.

I entered into the medical billing field part-time in 1999 with Clinical Management Solutions. After I graduated from USF in Public Relations in 2002; I transitioned to full-time.

I like working in a physician’s office and being able to interact with the office personnel. My forte is training and explaining the complexities of the world of insurance to both office staff and patients. My responsibilities include payment and charge posting along with denials. I am also the human resources personnel for Clinical Management Solutions. In 2008, I became a certified professional coder.

I am married and have two growing boys.
